Hi,

I was just playing a game where were in a hard cap. We called a
timeout and the other team told us that (a) no timeouts during a
hardcap, and (b) that calling one resulted in a turnover.

Can someone verify this for me and point me to it in the rules (http://
www.upa.org/ultimate/rules/11th#XVI)?
